Tom Rose, Ph.D., has been working and studying options for senior housing for twenty years. Tom was the director of research for the National Association For Senior Living Industries, and Tom worked with the Center On Aging at the University of Maryland for many years. Tom is interested in helping seniors find the right housing alternatives when they decide to move in their senior years. In addition to more than 20 successful years as a Realtor, and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology, Tom has a master's in Gerontology with an emphasis on housing options for seniors.
